DON CONREAUX

Don Conreaux is one of the five original Kundalini Yoga Teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in 1969.

Don also extensively studied the gong writings of Dane Rudhyar.

As a teenager in 1952, Don received his Kriya Yoga Initiation in Los Angeles while staying the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda at Self Realization Fellowship. At the urging of Yogi Bhajan, Don established the Nanak Dwara Ashram Teacher Training 1970-1976 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Don originated: The Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance, the title Gong Master, Gong Therapy, The Gong Bath, The Gong Puja, and Gong Master Training in the Way of the Gong.

Don has produced students of the gong in many counties of the world handhelds trainings internationally.

He also performs with his Mysterious Tremendum Gong Consort and Sacred Tone Ensemble.

His Way of the Gong writings include: Gongs of Our Solar System, Magnum Opus of the Gong, Music of Wholeness, The Gong Essays, Sacred Geometry of Starhenge, The Chiometer, and The Kriya Kundalini Gong Yoga Manual - the basis for MEM Yoga of Holistic Resonance.

His formal education included a masters Degree in Theater and from 1952-1969 was a director, actor and writer in Hollywood and New York City. Presently, in his 80th decade, Don continues to teach the art and science of Sacred Geometry, divination and designs World Peace Gong and Bell Gardens, of which there are now 15 established internationally. These gardens are dedicated to the coming first day of World Peace, Planetary Cooperation in a world without violence for our children of the New Millennium.
