MEM 銅鑼瑜伽簡介 (The Introduction of Gong Yoga)
由銅鑼大師唐康羅Don Conreaux所創造的MEM整體共振銅鑼瑜伽(MEM Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance)是合一的瑜伽。它教你如何完全存在於當下,旨在讓所有人都能輕鬆參與,無論年齡或身體狀況如何。你可以通過身體鍛鍊逐漸恢復健康,它也為你提供一個通向情感聯結、創傷、記憶和痛苦……等的開放窗口,並能潛入更深地探索原因,提供深刻全面的解放與療癒。
瑜伽起源於26,000年前的 Sat Yuga 黃金時代。那是個非常富足而祥和的時代,人類有充沛的時間做內在尋求。
瑜伽在這個時代出自於修煉者的直覺和自發性很有機地發展起來。在西元前600年Kali Yuga黑暗時代,以鐵為標識,瑜伽的各種修煉最初在印度被帕坦加利著述出來,因此才有了架構而進化為當代大師們所貢獻出的不同體系。。
如此,學習瑜伽的人才能獲得足夠的技巧知識,以便獲得自發性和直覺性的原始瑜伽,這就是銅鑼瑜伽的目的。當你存在於你最強大共振中時,你就像是一面在共振的鑼,能體驗到真正健康的喜悅。
如同在古老的銅鑼上所刻制的:"泰來" (Tai-Lai),福運已來當我們在整體共振的圓滿中時,我們感覺到喜悅和健康。我們充滿了許多我們最有共鳴和功能性的自我的記憶。
在瑜伽里生命中偉大的鑼聲就是我們的內在回響,那稱為三摩地、涅盤或喜悅。這也是為什麼我們能說圓滿的健康是三摩地。

MEM Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance, created by Gong Master Don Conreaux, is a yoga of oneness.
It teaches you how to be fully present in the moment and is designed for everyone to participate with ease, regardless of age or physical condition. Through gentle physical exercises, it helps restore health, while also offering an open window to emotional connection, trauma, memory, and pain— allowing for deeper exploration of root causes and offering profound, holistic liberation and healing.
Yoga originated 26,000 years ago during the Golden Age of Sat Yuga, a time of great abundance and peace, when humanity had ample time for inner seeking.
In that age, yoga emerged organically from the intuition and spontaneity of seekers. Later, around 600 BCE during the Kali Yuga, the Age of Darkness marked by iron, yogic practices were first systematized in India by Patanjali, laying the structural foundation for the many yoga schools and systems developed by modern masters.
This structure allows today’s practitioners to acquire the skill and knowledge necessary to return to yoga's original intuitive and spontaneous form—which is the true aim of Gong Yoga.
When you are in your highest state of resonance, you become like a resonating gong—able to experience the true joy of vibrant health.
As inscribed on ancient gongs: "Tai Lai" (Great Fortune Has Arrived). When we enter the wholeness of holistic resonance, we feel joy and wellness. We become filled with memories of our most resonant and functional selves.
In yoga, the great Gong of life is the echo within us—what some call Samadhi, Nirvana, or Bliss.
That is why we can say that complete wellness is Samadhi.
The Gong Yoga practice includes:
- A full Kriya sequence
- Science of Meridian and Qi Diagnostics
- Seed mantras of sound
- Intuitive warm-ups
- 39 meridian-muscle exercises
- 6 therapeutic sequences addressing physical issues
- 7 therapeutic sequences for psychological concerns
- 8 meridians + chakras + 9 gong sound healings
This is the first-ever teacher training workshop in Asia for MEM Gong Yoga. The course is taught in full by senior Gong Yoga teacher Petra Trtnik, with Don Conreaux offering guidance and presence. The newly updated Gong Yoga curriculum is co-authored by Petra Trtnik and Don Conreaux.
