Co-Creating the Global Gong Puja
With the present day shift in the global reality beginning in February/March 2020 - many gong players do not have the ability to congregate as lock downs in many countries continue in order to minimize the Covid-19 pandemic.
However, Global Gong Pujas are a synchronization of Gong Puja events, whereby gong players around the world gong together though perhaps at a distance required by present day laws. We typically as one Gongmasters in many bodies celebrate a specific date or event such as an equinox or solstice, new moon or full moon, etc.
Mayan Historian Jose Arguellas's Harmonic Convergence in 1987 became one of those early Global Gong Events.
The latest Global Gong Pujas utilizing the internet are happening in 2020 and will continue as the Healing sound artists utilize the internet to create a functional Global Gong World Servers connection via this technological web.
Don: "And this will continue and increase towards the activation of the 4th Ray and the first 24-hour day of World Peace in 2025." when humanity will refraim from all forms of violence. Just recently, on April 4, 2020, 100’s of gong players in 33+ participating countries gonged and live-streamed or posted their Gong Sound Healing Sessions on mainstream platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
Don’s intention was that the Gong healing would move in waves around the globe, providing needed self-healing and support to the global gong family and communities. Everyone playing in their own timezone for at least 45 min to 2 hours in a 24-hour period. Additionally, on April 4th, 2020, a million meditation event occurred. The frequency shifts and enhancements were measured and recorded.
Yaelle E. Shaphir, L.Ac (Don's daughter) posted the Global Gong Puja as a public event on Facebook. The Global Gong Puja was inspired by the new conditions in which most Gong players and human global citizens found themselves in. Staying at home, without the opportunity to connect with others and hold Gong Pujas in a physical space with active participants- the Gong Family was able to connect together for this awesome experience.
The intention of the 4/4/2020 Global Gong Puja was an INCLUSIVE event whereby all Gong players/Sound Healing Practitioners could participate. A schedule was offered with the opportunity for any player/sound healing practitioner to sign up for a slot, ranging from 12am to 11:59pm in their timezone. Thus, the continuous gong sound vibration would saturate the globe and circulate in waves around our planet.
Some countries quickly organized and coordinated their own group of players for a 24hr Gong Puja in their respective cities/timezone/country. For individuals without the support of a coordinated body, they were encouraged to sign up with the FB Global Gong Puja Event, playing at a self-designated time and to LiveStream via Instagram, Facebook, or Youtube with the hashtags #globalgongpuja.
If participants/players did not have internet access or capability - they were encouraged to connect via telepathic resonance and intention to the collective (or their iPhones!)
The Global Gong Puja was set for Full Moon May 7, 2020, Wesak Day. The date was recommended by Gongmaster Don Conreaux as an auspicious day being Vesak (Wesak) Day - which fell on the Full (Scorpio) Moon in Taurus (May). Wesak Day is always on the full moon in Taurus - the time the Buddha is reported to have been born, achieve enlightenment and then transition from the physical plane.
On this day, all gong players gonged at the exact time when the moon was full over Wesak Valley. In Los Angeles, Grand-Gongmaster Don Conreaux played at 3:45am PDT (May 7, 2020) for 45minutes.
100's of Gongplayers joined to play together - at the exact time - to focus and bring up the vibration of human consciousness.
As more and more countries ease restrictions, in person Gong Pujas are greeted by both Gong Players and Gong Sound Vibration Receivers with enthusiasm and joy. Never before has the Gong Puja been more accessible and appreciated. Check out the FB page: Global Gong Puja Group to see where the nearest one to you is!
Full moons have long been associated with mystical and spiritual significance in cultures around the world. In the context of the Global Gong Puja, understanding the dates of the full moons for 2023, 2024, and 2025 is essential for planning and aligning the puja with the lunar cycle. The full moon serves as a powerful energetic time, making it an ideal period for deep meditation, reflection, and healing. By knowing the specific dates of the full moons, participants can prepare themselves for the transformative experience of the Gong Puja and align with other Gong Pujas around the world.
In Native American culture, the Full Moons are often named to reflect the characteristics or events associated with that particular time of year. For example, the Full Worm Moon in March signifies the earthworms beginning to emerge as winter transitions to spring. The names of the Full Moons vary among different tribes and regions, highlighting the rich tapestry of indigenous beliefs and practices. By learning about these names and their meanings, we can honor and preserve the cultural heritage embedded in the lunar calendar.
By acknowledging and honoring the Full Moons and their Native American names, we pay tribute to the interconnectedness of all living beings and the natural world. The Full Moon ceremonies and celebrations have been integral to indigenous communities for millennia, fostering unity, respect for nature, and spiritual growth. As we delve into the table outlining the Full Moon dates and times for the coming years, let us embrace the wisdom of the past and carry it forward with reverence and gratitude.
By attuning ourselves to the lunar calendar and incorporating Native American moon names into our global gong puja rituals, we not only pay homage to ancient wisdom but also amplify the potency of our intention setting and energy work. As we immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of the gong, aligning our practice with the natural rhythms of the moon enhances our ability to connect with the universe on a profound level. Embracing the timeless tradition of honoring the moon's phases through gong pujas offers us a unique opportunity for spiritual growth, healing, and transformation.
Why Wesak Day?
In Western Tibet near the holy Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, lies the Wesak valley. According to tradition, at the full moon day of May (The month of Taurus in Astrology), Buddha comes to the Wesak valley to bring powerful spiritual energy of Shamballa (or Shambhala) to the assembled masters, initiates and disciples of the Hierarchy, for the assimilation and eventual distribution of Shambhala force throughout the world. The Kalachakra tantra prophesies that when the world declines into war and greed, and all is lost, the 25th Kalki king will emerge from Shambhala with a huge army to vanquish Dark Forces and usher in a worldwide Golden Age.
Another legend found is that in the Wesak Valley, Tibet, the Buddha links in a triangle with Sanat Kumara and The Christ, over lighting assembled Masters of Wisdom standing in a five-pointed star formation, whilst a crowd of pilgrims looks on.
The gathering of people in ceremony and ritual on auspicious days, such as Wesak Day, Seasonal Solistices & Equinoxes, Earth Day, New Moon & Full Moon provide an auspicious purpose, or as Don says, "a great excuse to gong for humanity!"
--------------------------
Grand-Gongmaster Don Conreaux:
The age we are now in is called the ascending Dwapara Yuga.
The darkest ages were in the age of Pisces - where we focused on survival and war. We are coming out of that and we are in the early stages of the Ascending Dwapara Yuga. The Gongs were discovered in the early Bronze Age - during the descending Dwapara Yuga - which then led down to the Kali Yuga. However, now we are ascending (in the New Dwapara Yuga)slowly moving towards the Silver and Golden Age.
As homo-sapiens transvolute into the destined homo luminous spiritualis, this is facilitated by the emergence of a Golden Gong Age through planet-wide mass gatherings that invoke Peace on Earth and Goodwill amongst all Humankind.
The transvolution from the 200-300,000 year old territorial/warring human: homo sapiens, into the homo luminous spiritualis creates a shift for the human, from a mere parasite on this planet to a world server.
It is becoming more and more possible as more and more people join together to the point where critical mass is met.
Every person is in "an age" - and chooses to be in a specific "age." The choice of the homo luminous spiritualis is to join into service for World Peace.
On May 7, 2020, Don Conreaux invited all Gong players to play for 45 minutes during the Full Moon of their timezone.
The seed intention: that each of 195 countries on earth offer a Shruti song or Affirmation to humanity for that day.
Don Conreaux:
"When we offer those shrutis - songs coming from that one heart that is located within each heart, and also behind everything we do with our hearts - there is the thought - Why not now? Every day is a good day to plant those seeds. The potential and possibility is the beauty of what we as one heart are going do, this time and every time going forth until and through 2025."
2034 is the 9 year cycle completion post-2025.
A Shruti is a Seed Thought often used sung as bookends. The Shruti at the beginning reveals the intention for the event - facilitating all gathered to move energetically into an integrated mental/emotional/spiritual space. the end shruti is a potent take away.
Every time we, the gong players, gather in functional harmony, rather than being passive - we build the wave of transvolution - so that the big initiation set for 2025 is already happening before we even get there.
THE GONG CARAVAN OF PEACE

Lesson Summary
With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns in many countries, gong players have had to adapt to the new reality. One response has been the organization of Global Gong Pujas, where gong players from around the world come together to gong simultaneously, even if physically distant. These events are often tied to specific dates or celestial occurrences, like equinoxes, solstices, new moons, and full moons.
One such event, the Global Gong Puja on April 4, 2020, saw hundreds of gong players in 33+ countries live-streaming their Gong Sound Healing Sessions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. The intention was to create a wave of healing vibrations across the globe, providing support to the global gong community and beyond.
The Global Gong Puja on April 4th, 2020, was an inclusive event allowing all Gong players and Sound Healing Practitioners to participate, playing at a designated time in their timezone for at least 45 minutes. Participants who couldn't stream online were encouraged to join through telepathic resonance.
More events like the Global Gong Puja are planned, with the next date set for Full Moon May 7, 2020, on Wesak Day. This day, falling on the full moon in Taurus, is considered auspicious for gonging, aligning with traditions that involve spiritual energies and ceremonies.
